Quotes, validity and pricing
Our quotes state a firm, all-inclusive delivered price per litre with a validity period tied to the fuel market. Once you accept within validity, that price is locked for the scheduled delivery. Market-linked adjustments apply only to future quotes, never retroactively to accepted orders.
Metering, measurement and acceptance
Volumes are measured through calibrated meters at the point of delivery and recorded on a signed delivery manifest. That signed manifest is the accepted record of quantity. If you ever wish to verify, you are welcome to witness the meter — we encourage it, because trust in this industry is built litre by litre.
Payment, title and risk
Unless you hold an approved account, payment is due on or before delivery; account customers are billed on agreed terms with consolidated monthly statements. Standard industry practice applies on title and risk, and full written terms accompany every account application and first order. Questions? We supply both 50ppm low-sulphur diesel, required by modern common-rail engines and emissions-controlled fleets, and 500ppm diesel for older plant and agricultural machinery. Certificates of analysis are available on request for any batch, which matters when an engine warranty, an insurance claim or an environmental audit depends on proving your fuel was in specification.
